A new key biodiversity platform for cross sectoral collaboration
For its inaugural launch, World Biodiversity Summit will help define what world leaders and the private sector in biodiversity and climate action need to do in the medium and long term to achieve sustainable development and hinder further biodiversity loss, focusing on partnerships and investment mechanisms as levers of progress. World Biodiversity Summit is a platform for responding to accelerating biodiversity loss, by using the Paris Agreement as a framework to learn from, promoting relevant solutions, innovations, and leadership networks, strengthening nature restoration and conservation. Nature-based solutions will be highlighted, from specificecosystems to global possibilities.

Rayne Sullivan
Founder, SEASTORIA
Rayne is a technologist, legal scholar, and internationally recognized “leader saving our planet” dedicated to advancing biodiversity, equitable AI, and ocean-climate innovation.
As the founder of SEASTORIA, an environmental solutions firm rooted in regenerative Indigenous science, he advises corporates and philanthropies on how to drive impactful climate solutions.
In international climate policy, Rayne has served as the United Nations Youth4Climate delegate for the United States, co-chair of the Sustainable Ocean Alliance’s Youth Policy Advisory Council, and advisor on ocean innovation to the President and Government of Palau during COP27 and COP28.
His expertise spans emergent and climate technology, with experience at Google X and advising the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Society.
Rayne’s leadership is recognized through his positions on the TED Vision Council, the Steering Council of ORRAA, and the USA board of Fauna & Flora International.
He holds degrees from Stanford Law School, the University of Oxford, and Georgetown University.
