How do business and finance fit into the Global Biodiversity Framework? How can they contribute to its implementation? Under the COP16 theme 'Peace with Nature', we explored the role of business and financial institutions in achieving global biodiversity goals and turning them into tangible and actionable plans. Looking ahead to COP29, we analysed the broader context of climate and biodiversity, recognising COP29's emphasis on finance as a catalyst for environmental action to foster tangible actions and outcomes.
